• Instagram Account Information: Your account ID, username, and profile details.
• Content Data: Comments, direct messages, and story interactions that trigger your configured automations.
• Relationship Data: Follower status (only if you enable "Follow Gate" features).

This data is used solely to execute the automations you set up (such as auto-replying to comments or sending DMs). We do not sell this data to third parties.

3. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can delete your data or request deletion at any time:

• Self-Service: You can disconnect your Instagram account or delete your AutoAuxo account directly from the dashboard settings. This will immediately stop data collection and queue your data for deletion.
• Request Deletion: You can send a formal data deletion request to support@autoauxo.app. We will process your request and delete all associated personal data within 30 days.

4. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy:

• Active Accounts: We keep your data while your account is active to provide our services.
• Automation Logs: Event logs (like recorded DMs and comments) are stored for 90 days to provide you with analytics, after which they are automatically purged.
• Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.

We prioritize the security of your data. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Sensitive tokens and personal data are encrypted at rest in our databases.
